Deadline for abstract submission: 15 October 2025
Deadline for registration: 1 November 2025

The registration fee contains the costs for all coffee breaks, lunch and snacks, the use of conference facilities, and the conference shuttle bus. Accommodation and travel should be booked independently.


Important Information

Invoice and receipt
While we do accommodate payments (bank transfer) via invoice in very special cases, we encourage the use of credit card payments for smoother processing. If possible, we kindly ask that you consider this option.

However, if you already registered, unfortunately we cannot issue invoices retroactively, only prior to the payment. We issue a receipt/confirmation of payment automatically after a successful registration.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email events@ista.ac.at

Fees will be refunded according to the following policy:

  • 90% refund until September 18, 2025 (10% to account for administrative costs)
  • 50% refund until October 17, 2025
  • No refund from October 18, 2025

Organizers shall not be liable for refunds should visas not be obtained.
