The registration fee contains the costs for all coffee breaks, lunch and snacks, the use of conference facilities, and the conference shuttle bus. Accommodation and travel should be booked independently.
Important Information
Payment confirmation
You will receive written confirmation of your payment and the successful registration via email. This might take a few hours or days. Please carefully check your inbox to make sure you received both emails. Should you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact the Events Office
Invoice and receipt
While we do accommodate payments (bank transfer) via invoice in very special cases, we encourage the use of credit card payments for smoother processing. If possible, we kindly ask that you consider this option.
However, if you already registered, unfortunately we cannot issue invoices retroactively, only prior to the payment. We issue a receipt/confirmation of payment automatically after a successful registration.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email events@ista.ac.at
Fees will be refunded according to the following policy:
- 90% refund until September 18, 2025 (10% to account for administrative costs)
- 50% refund until October 17, 2025
- No refund from October 18, 2025
Organizers shall not be liable for refunds should visas not be obtained.
